Choose our express shipping option for expedited delivery within 3-5 business days. Additional charges may apply. International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping times and fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Return Policy: Unsatisfied with your ready-to-wear wig purchase? We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date for unworn and unused wigs in their original packaging. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the wig. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned wig, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged ready-to-wear wig, please contact us immediately for assistance with a replacement or refund.
